ICAI CA Final & Inter Exams 2025 postponed in Jammu & Punjab – official notice released with updated schedule for September exams.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the CA Final and
Intermediate examinations that were scheduled on 3rd and 4th September 2025 in select centres of
Jammu and Punjab.
According to ICAI’s Examination Department, the decision was taken
considering student safety and to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of exams.

Are the ICAI Exams Postponed?
Yes. According to the notification issued on 10 May 2025, the examinations originally Rescheduled from May 9 to May 14, 2025 will now take place from May 16 to May 24, 2025.
Key points :-
Affected Exams: CA Final Group 2, CA Intermediate Group 2, and INTTAT.
Exam Venues & Timing: Remain unchanged.
Start Time: 2:00 PM IST for all exams. Most papers end at 5:00 PM, except those marked with an asterisk, which conclude at 6:00 PM.
StartAdmit Cards: Already issued admit cards remain valid for the revised schedule.

CA Exam Attempts & Age Limit
Number of Attempts: CA Foundation registration is valid for 3 years, allowing up to 6 attempts. Re-registration is required for additional attempts after 3 years.
Age Limit: There is no age limit to pursue the CA course. Students can register after 12th grade for the CA Foundation.

The CA Foundation exam for May 2025 was conducted on May 15, 17, 19, and 21, 2025.
